Ahí se encuentra la policía municipal y tránsito del municipio de pesquería , de lunes a viernes trabajan los administrativos en horario de oficina pero las 24 horas encuentras un policía ahí o puedes pedir una ambulancia, también es el centro de reclutamiento. No llega el transporte público pero el pesquería azul que viene de la central de autobuses de Monterrey los puede dejar en la esquina del C4 antes de llegar a la base de camiones , y la ruta 341 que viene de sendero Apodaca también los deja pero solo hasta la unidad de especialidades médicas que está como a 50 o 100 metros de distancia.
