★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nisiquiera atienden a las personas y tratan mal cuando lo hacen, francamente no están comprometidos con la ciudadanía, su trabajo les pesa, para eso les paga el gobierno para no hacer nada!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a renovar la licencia y que no había sistema( como quiera una falla puede pasar) pero le doy una estrella porque no te dejan ingresar al estacionamiento pero lo peor toda la calle dice que esta prohibido estacionarce. Así que tendrán que caminar unos 300 o 500 metros si bien les va. Estaba mejor en galerías.
I went to renew the license and there was no system (as a fault may happen) but I give a star because they do not let you enter the parking lot but the worst the whole street says it is forbidden to park. So they will have to walk about 300 or 500 meters even if they do. I was better in galleries.

Very accessible for procedures and permits. But there is no where to park, good location with access to the free highway Salamanca to Irapuato - Salamanca to Valle de Santiago and / to Celaya, near Vía Alta shopping center, a Mobil gas station and a Shell gas station as well as Un Oxxo
