★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar gubernamental para el pago del servicio de agua del Edo de Hidalgo, así como también para regularizar adeudos en el servicio de agua, puedes pagar con tarjeta algunas a meses o en efectivo, la gente q atiende muy amable, pero debes de ir con tiempo por qué por lo general siempre hay muchos morosos para regularizar su adeudo, para pagar es muy rápido.

Entiendo que el agua escasee demasiado, hacemos mucho consumo de esto; mi teoría es que el agua se agota, no creo que los de caasim no quieran mandarla, es su deber, pero también es entendible que es un recurso natural no renovable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, nunca contestan y casi nunca hay agua en Paseos de la concepción. Cuando de milagro la mandan, llega con tan poca presión que no sube a los tinacos. El precio por pipa es absurdo, pero eso sí, el cobro del servicio es exigido puntual.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El PEOR servicio de agua de la República. Cara escasa, imposible levantar un reporte, sus obras terminadas con PÉSIMA calidad del agua totalmente mugrosa y su solución es “déjala correr 5 minutos” claro, al fin me los cobran!
Cuando por fin contestan nadie sabe qué hacer, se echan la bolita a obras públicas a municipio y Casim.
Vinieron a “arreglar” una tubería dejaron un mugrero, un la palmera tirada, Ojala SEMADESE,, SEDEMA O MEDIO AMBIENTE les meta una multa mínimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son las 10 am y no contestan el teléfono, vuelvo a llamar y ya esta descolgado, no pocas palabras ni molestarlos han de estr en sus 3 horas de café. No les da pena cobrar su quincena sin realizar su trabajo? Y con eso darles de comer a sus hijos? Que no se les olvide que son servidores públicos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, !pésimo! las colonias no tienen agua, no pueden reparar sus fallas y ni sus fugas... A cada rato nos tenemos que quedar sin agua todo por lo ineficientes que son. Pero cuando llega el recibo del agua, !son bien puntuales! Y el recibo muy caro aún cuando no llega agua. La verdad, es un mal servicio actualmente.
Bad service, lousy! the neighborhoods don't have water, they can't repair their faults or their leaks... Every once in a while we have to run out of water, all because of how inefficient they are. But when the water bill arrives, they are very punctual! And the bill is very expensive even when there is no water. The truth is, it is a bad service at the moment.
