★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CASSIM no te cobra, te ROBA hasta por el agua que no consumes, sus tarifas son exageradas y el agua es de pésima calidad, además de que toda está zona de zempoala siempre se inunda y NUNCA tienen cambio, cuando vas a pagar tu recibo, tienes que llevar exacto tu dinero....son nefastos!!!!
