I love this place, perfect space to rest, swim in the river or in the pools that it has. You can rent a room, a cabin or a space to be able to camp. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is about the Hotel itself not the Location, we stayed at the Cabañas Aventuras, 2nd floor, the place it's very rustic, (not in the good way) every time you walk the whole floor moves, it wiggles, you can see thru the floor to the bottom, restrooms aren't the bes neither, beds are hard as a Rock very uncomfortable, now you can camp, and I guess that would be a better option but the outside restrooms and showers are disgusting, they smell horrible I used them once and almost threw up! Now the Location it's amazing, river is clean, gorgeous place I will go back, but Not to this Hotel, sorry, but restrooms needs a lot of work!\

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor telephone service. They have no interest in letting know you the most basic information, such as number of bathrooms per cottage. If I were the owner I would sack the lady who answered me. I was interested for a party of 10 to 12 people!!! If this is their first approach with a potential client, they can keep their business!!!
