D	Dennise M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reservamos esta cabaña por medio de AIRBNB el fin de semana pasado y todo bien, hasta que llegamos a la cabaña y nos dimos cuenta de que NO HABIA AGUA CORRIENTE. Sin embargo no nos molestamos ya que supusimos que había sido un error en la comunicación con el Host Memo (era una reservación de una sola noche, así que no había problema). Al escribir nuestra reseña en Airbnb (solamente con la verdad acerca de los servicios que faltan en la cabaña), el host Memo muy groseramente mintió en su reseña diciendo que nosotros fumamos dentro de la cabaña, que la dejamos extremadamente sucia (la dejamos bastante limpia considerando que NO TENIA AGUA CORRIENTE), y que no queríamos entregar las llaves de la cabaña (siendo que se le mandó mensaje avisando que nos retirábamos y se le entregaron a la señora del aseo). El lugar es muy bonito, pero quedamos muy decepcionados de la actitud agresiva y mentirosa del Host, no volveríamos. We booked this cabin through AIRBNB last weekend and all was well, until we got to the cabin and realized there was NO RUNNING WATER. However, we did not bother as we assumed it had been an error in communication with the Host Memo (it was a one-night reservation, so there was no problem). When writing our review on Airbnb (only with the truth about the missing services in the cabin), the host Memo very rudely lied in his review saying that we smoke inside the cabin, that we left it extremely dirty (we left it quite clean considering that I DID NOT HAVE RUNNING WATER), and that we did not want to hand over the keys to the cabin (being that a message was sent advising that we were leaving and they were handed over to the cleaning lady). The place is very nice, but we were very disappointed in the aggressive and lying attitude of the Host, we would not return.

Te dejan dos tambos de agua limpia y dos de agua sucia para los baños lo cual no se menciona en la descripción del lugar. Baños sin asientos, electricidad por generador y en a madrugada se apagó tuvo que salirmi esposo a prenderlo en medio de frío congelante, igual por agua para el baño, y para lavar manos heladisima. El paisaje muy bonito pero el lugar incómodo. Se menciona que se fumo en la cabaña y en mi familia nadie fuma, se tu o que llamar para que pasaran por las llaves ya que nos queríamos retirar, y de esto tengo mensajes.. Las llaves las recogió la señora que realizó el aseo y se le ofreció acompañarla para dar fe que todo estuviese en orden. Por otra parte entregaron tarde y al llegar al lugar aún estaban limpiando y llenando los tambos de agua que nos iban a dejar para las necesidades. They leave you two drums of clean water and two of dirty water for the bathrooms, which is not mentioned in the description of the place. Bathrooms without seats, electricity by generator and in the early morning it went off, my husband had to go out to turn it on in the freezing cold, even for water for the bathroom, and to wash very freezing hands. The landscape is very beautiful but the place is uncomfortable. It is mentioned that they smoked in the cabin and in my family no one smokes, I know you or what to call to get the keys since we wanted to leave, and about this I have messages. The keys were collected by the lady who did the cleaning and He was offered to accompany her to attest that everything was in order. On the other hand, they delivered late and when they arrived at the place they were still cleaning and filling the drums with water that they were going to leave us for our needs.
