Cabañas Alta Mar

Awesome located but what you get for the high prices during the mex-spring break, is sloppy. The persona before lost the key, the Altamar Staff hadn’t a spare key. They told me that, when handing the room over, after i had to pay a desposit of 1000pesos. I rented a flat in top front of the beach with perfect view. The room was super hot as well, the fan wasn’t perfect working, there is no mosquito net on the bed. The mosquito slide door was broken as well. The water pressure of the basin was super low. I asked them to fix it, but nothing happened. I asked kindly for two towels, but only after i outlined that maaaybe a second person might join, they handed me a second one. Over all you get less for what you pay, but that’s mexico. The staff, like many other people out of my experience as well, is very much about their little rules and taking tiny things super serious, when it’s about them being in charge, whilst not having any idea about costumer experience or friendly gestures. I strongly reccomend the Cabins right next to Altamar, „Lia del Mar“. Great food, solid cabins very friendly and relaxed family.
