Y las camas estaban muy sucias, pero si teníamos agua caliente en el baño, y también en el comedor, el estanque de pezes estaba horrible de sucio!!! Pero la cocina si estaba bien tenían lo que uno necesitaba... El lugar si es bueno, pero le falta munscha mejoracion!!! Gracias. The place is good, but it lacks munscha cleanliness in the cabins, there were many spiders on the ceiling! And the beds were very dirty, but if we had hot water in the bathroom, and also in the dining room, the fish pond was horrible dirty !!! But the kitchen if it was good they had what one needed ... F	Fer Zar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La infraestructura muy bien, no hay servicio alguno ni personal que atienda, otra cosa que no nos gusto es que renta la alberca para jovenes del pueblo y los que pagamos hospedaje con tanta gente no podemos ingresar, el servicio del comedor cerrado pero no te dicen hasta que estas alli que si quieres vayas al pueblo. The infrastructure is very good, there is no service or staff to attend, another thing that we do not like is that it rents the pool for young people in the town and those of us who pay for accommodation with so many people cannot enter, the dining room service is closed but they do not tell you until you're there if you want to go to town.

J	Jesus Asael Pesina Lerma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general esta bien, lamentablemente por cuestiones de pandemia creo que no les ha sido costeable el mantenimiento de la alberca y algunas otras áreas, sin embargo es un excelente lugar para relajarse y desconectarse de todo, y tiene el plus que esta a pie de la presa para pescar o andar en kayak o bote. Punto muy importante a considerar para las personas apegadas a la tecnología, no hay señal de celular. In general this is fine, unfortunately due to pandemic issues I think that the maintenance of the pool and some other areas has not been affordable, however it is an excellent place to relax and disconnect from everything, and it has the plus that it is at the foot of the prey for fishing or kayaking or boat. Very important point to consider for people attached to technology, there is no cell phone signal.
J	Jly “Jy” M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos tocaron con bonita vista, solo eso tienen de bonito, no te ofrecen ni un bote de agua, no hay quien te atienda o ayude en caso de algún imprevisto , incomoda la posición donde están las camas del 2 piso si te paras te pegas en el techo, no tienen ventilador y algunas mini ventanas no tienen mosquiteros, a nosotros se nos metió un alacrán y no había nadie en el hotel quien nos ayudara, o consiguiera un insecticida, tuvimos que ir al Pueblo a media noche por carretera obscura , a conseguir un insecticida. Y es muy incomodo que no tenga un micro, o un mini refrigerador, o minimo que te dejen agua potable, en medio de la nada y sin agua ni como conseguir algo para cenar . Me parecieron muy caras para lo poco que ofrecen , y eso de cero servicio, que nadie te pueda solucionar algo, es muy incómodo.
