N	Nora on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LAS CABAÑAS NO TIENEN AGUA CALIENTE, Y DE LOS DOS BAÑOS QUE DEBÍAN SERVIR SÓLO SIRVE UNO, SU FILTRO DE BÚSQUEDA EN AIRBNB PERMITE MASCOTAS, PERO AL YA ESTAR AHÍ Y HABER PAGADO, TE DICEN QUE PARA QUE TE QUEDES, LAS MASCOTAS DEBEN DORMIR AFUERA, MURIÉNDOSE DE FRIO. SU FILTRO DE BUSQUEDA TE PERMITE HASTA 8 PERSONAS, PERO ESTANDO AHÍ TE DICEN QUE DEBEN SER 5; ADEMÁS, TIENEN UN EMPLEADO DE NOMBRE DAVID, CON UNA PÉSIMA ACTITUD Y UNA INCREÍBLE FALTA DE EDUCACIÓN QUIEN AL FINALIZAR EL VIAJE TE DICE QUE AHÍ NO QUIEREN GENTE "CHAFA" Y CONSTANTEMENTE, SE COMUNICA CON COMENTARIOS DESPECTIVOS, IMPORTÁNDOLE CERO , CUMPLIR CON SUS SERVICIOS ¡¡¡ PORQUE SON MENTIRA!!! Y DEJÁNDOTE EN EL ABISMO Y ABANDONO TOTAL , SIN FORMA SEGURA DE COMUNICACIÓN Y SOLUCIONES POR ESTAR EN MEDIO DE LA NADA. THE CABINS DO NOT HAVE HOT WATER, AND OF THE TWO BATHS THAT SHOULD SERVE ONLY ONE, THEIR SEARCH FILTER IN AIRBNB ALLOWS PETS, BUT BY ALREADY BEING THERE AND HAVE PAID, THEY TELL YOU THAT FOR YOU TO STAY, THE PETS MUST BE DORM , DYING FROM COLD. YOUR SEARCH FILTER ALLOWS YOU UP TO 8 PEOPLE, BUT BEING THERE THEY TELL YOU THAT THEY MUST BE 5; IN ADDITION, THEY HAVE AN EMPLOYEE BY THE NAME DAVID, WITH A LOVELY ATTITUDE AND AN INCREDIBLE LACK OF EDUCATION. Sin embargo en nuestra estancia nos quedamos sin luz, internet y agua ya que los paneles solares no daban abasto. Nos quedamos asi en plena navidad. Y eso paso todos los dias de estancia. David se comprometio a darnos un fin de semana gratis para compensar, lo cual no sucedio ya que por tardarnos en reservar a causa de la pandemia ya quiso cobrar 3000 pesos por concepto de limpieza. NO HONRO SU PALABRA Y ME BLOQUEO. Los que pasamos mal momento fuimos los huespedes. It is a beautiful area with spectacular views, with an ecological concept. The cabins are very well equipped and beautiful. However, during our stay we were left without electricity, internet and water since the solar panels were not enough. We stayed like this in the middle of Christmas. And that happened every day of stay. David promised to give us a free weekend to compensate, which did not happen since he wanted to charge 3,000 pesos for cleaning due to the delay in reserving due to the pandemic. I DO NOT HONOR HIS WORD AND I BLOCK MYSELF. Those who had a bad time were the guests.
