Marcamos días antes para reservar y se le comento a la señora que íbamos en plan de festejar un cumpleaños precisamente para no tener ningún problema, éramos 4 personas, está persona que nos rento nos dijo que no había problema con nuestro plan, el día que llegamos apenas querían que hablaramos porque según estábamos haciendo mucho ruido, cosa que no es verdad. Las cabañas están juntas las 3 y si caminas o haces algo, lo escuchan las otras cabañas. El vigilante nos amenazo con que si no cumplíamos con el reglamento le llamaría a la policía. Pienso que por ganar dinero la señora que nos rento nos dijo que si podíamos ir en plan de festejar y después salir con que había un reglamento que tenía que acatar, cuando nunca se me dijo sobre ese reglamento cunado yo hice mi reservación. Todo fue en el momento cunado ya había echo yo mi gasto. En fin. Muy mala experiencia, el lugar es muy pequeño y definitivamente ni para descansar ni festejar algo es recomendable. Terrible!!! MALA experiencia en este hotel, no son cabañas reales a pesar que se promocionan como tal, pero ese no es el problema aunque sean solo 3 cabañas pegadas como duplex, si no que no son aptas para estar con tu familia si piensas tener reunión en el pequeño jardín con que cuentan no se los recomiendo, nos arruinaron una reunión familiar, venimos de 3 estados diferentes, rentamos una cabaña para 7 personas y una habitación para 2 personas, total éramos 9 y era obvio que íbamos a generar ruido al ser tantos, si nos hubieran dicho al momento de reservar (lo cual era mas que obvio con el numero de personas que éramos que íbamos a hacer ruido) que era un lugar solo para descansar nos hubiéramos reservado el mal momento que el encargado nos hizo pasar literal nos arruino la estadía de 3 noches, por cierto este lugar no cuenta con una recepción sino con un vigilante mal encarado con cero actitud de servicio y modales para dirigirse a sus clientes aunado a eso nos negaron el microondas, el jardín es muy pequeño, no hay área para fogatas, el estacionamiento solo para 4 carros, internet de menos de 1 mb, un asador para compartir con los demás huéspedes. Les sugiero busquen cabañas reales donde no haya tantas limitantes, hay decenas de cabañas en el pueblo con precio similar al de este lugar. DO NOT BOOK UNTIL YOU READ THIS OPINION. I	Ivan luna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia te venden la idea de que es una cabaña pero en realidad es un hotel lo peor es que tienen un horario de silencio a partir de las 9 pm que no te mencionan al principio si quieren ir en plan de prender fogata convivir hasta tarde no vayan ahí poca accesibilidad de los encargados hay muchas más opciones de cabañas que si son cabañas y mucho más baratas. El lugar es bonito en realidad pero el estacionamiento es insuficiente alberca chica en si es pequeño el establecimiento. Algo que no fue muy de mi agrado es que no hay servicio de restaurante pero se compensa con todo lo demás. Cabins very suitable for families, excellent taste and very good service. Te dan opción de cable O wifi (una de dos) ?. La chimenea eléctrica no calienta mucho. La alberca MUY fría, según en internet el jacuzzi es calientito y estaba frío. No sientes hospitalidad por parte del señor que atiende. Las habitaciones de planta baja (supongo que es donde viven) afean el lugar (deberían poner cortinas o algo para que no se vea abajo casa y arriba hotel). La cortina de la ventana no tapa bien (centro y orillas) y está en el pasillo de las habitaciones. Sólo hay 2 contactos en la habitación y sólo 1 buró. La decoración y el lugar es bonito, pero por precio y espacio, hay mejores opciones. No lo contemplaríamos para volvernos a hospedar. The window curtain does not cover well (center and edges) and it is in the corridor of the rooms. There are only 2 contacts in the room and only 1 desk. The decoration and the place is nice, but for price and space, there are better options. We would not consider it to stay again.

Deberían de ser más cordiales con los ocupantes para generar un ambiente más agradable y nos den ganas de regresar.
