L	Luis B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La cabaña esta bonita y bien ubicada, en cuestión de limpieza hay muchos aspectos a mejorar, en cuanto a sus servicios no tubimos agua caliente debido a que tiene calentador solar y en días nublados o lluviosos prácticamente el agua es fría (el boiler no funciona ). El jacuzzi imposible de utilizarlo con agua fria. La cortina de baño es demasiado corta y debido a esto el baño se convierte en una laguna lo cual es sumamente incómodo como huesped. La vajilla es de plástico de muy mala calidad y aunque estaba supuesfamente limpia se sentían graososos los platos (muy antigienico) El sistema de Internet es muy malo Sin embargo tiene potencial el lugar pero hace falta mejorar estos aspectos para brindar una mejor experiencia al huésped. Por último en todas las cabañas que he estado ofrecen 1 carga de leña por noche de hospedaje, cosa que me sorprendió que en este lugar no la dan. The cabin is beautiful and well located, in a matter of cleaning there are many aspects to improve, in terms of its services we do not have hot water because it has a solar heater and on cloudy or rainy days the water is practically cold (the boiler does not work) . The Jacuzzi impossible to use with cold water. The shower curtain is too short and because of this the bathroom becomes a lagoon which is extremely uncomfortable as a guest. The dishes are made of very poor quality plastic and although it was supposedly clean, the dishes felt grainy (very antigienic) The internet system is very bad However, the place has potential but it is necessary to improve these aspects to provide a better guest experience. Finally, in all the cabins that I have been, they offer 1 load of firewood per night of lodging, which surprised me that in this place they do not give it.
A	Anel Jimenez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: -good/fair price -friendly staff -6 minutes away from downtown in car. -Spacious -picture worthy inside and out -great views to the outside through big windows. -wifi & cable included -Clean Cons: - steep driveway - tight car port - water leak somewhere upstairs - sometimes cable reception falls. -hot water is powered by solar so it runs out fast maybe 2 showers (you can call they guy and he'll turn on the gas water heater) Lo Bueno: - precio bueno/justo - empleados amigables - a 6 minutos del centro de Mazamitla. -Espacioso - decorado llamativo -Super bonito para fotos de fuera y por dentro. - Gran vista asia afuera por ventanas grandes. -Wifi y cable incluido -Limpio Lo malo: - la manejada esta muy empinada a la entrada - el parking para el carro es apretado - hay una fuga de agua arriva - aveces la recepsion del cable falla . -El agua se calienta por el un calentador solar asi que la agua caliente solo sirve como para 2 bañadas seguidas. (The boy offers to come and turn on the hot gas water when the solar runs out)
