Terrible service, they wanted us to run from the cabin without damage, previously notified the time of eviction (12:00) and I do not know the name of the man but he was a very rude worker, 0 recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una lástima porque el lugar es precioso pero muy mal administrado nunca nos avisaron que debíamos desalojar a las 12 del día. Alquilamos dos habitaciones y en la primera el calentador de gas no servía y además que para pasar a intentar prender el calentador debes pasar por un pasillo donde los cables de energía eléctrica están totalmente expuestos. Eso es un altísimo riesgo para cualquier persona que pase por ahí porque están a unos pasos del tanque de gas!!!. Luego en la segunda habitación no había calentador. En su lugar pusieron una regadera "eléctrica" que apenas y deja el agua semi tibia. No intentes regular la temperatura porque ese aparato te da descargas eléctricas. MUY PELIGROSO! Como cereza del pastel llegó el administrador a las 12:08 del día a notificar que debía desalojar a las 12 porque ya tenía otra reservación. Pésimo servicio. No pienso regresar y no lo recomiendo. Decepcionante.
It's a shame because the place is beautiful but very poorly managed, they never told us that we had to vacate at 12 noon. We rented two rooms and in the first one the gas heater did not work and in addition to trying to turn on the heater you must go through a corridor where the electrical power cables are totally exposed. That is a very high risk for anyone who passes by because they are a few steps from the gas tank !!! Then in the second room there was no heater. In their place they put an "electric" shower that barely leaves the water semi warm. Do not try to regulate the temperature because that device gives you electric shocks. VERY DANGEROUS! As an icing on the cake, the administrator arrived at 12:08 on the day to notify that he had to vacate at 12 because he already had another reservation. Terrible service. I am not going back and I do not recommend it. Disappointing.
