Pero deberían cambiar al personal, desde que llegamos la muchacha fue supee grosera, pedimos leña (q no viene incluida) y tardaron una eternidad en traerla. Más de una hora. Amargaron un poco nuestro viaje. Igual se podría mejorar la decoración de las cabañas.
 The place is beautiful, they were very attentive and friendly by chat. But they should change the staff, since we arrived the girl was super rude, we asked for firewood (which is not included) and they took forever to bring it. More than one hour. They made our trip a bit bitter. The decoration of the cabins could also be improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar rodeado de naturaleza, te despierta el canto de las aves y te arrulla el sonido del río.
Las cabañas son limpias, lindas y con buena vista.
La comida del restaurante está muy rica y la mesera que nos atendió Erika, fue muy servicial, atenta y amable.
En general muy buen lugar :)
It is a place surrounded by nature, the song of the birds wakes you up and the sound of the river lulls you.
The cabins are clean, cute and with a good view.
The food in the restaurant is very tasty and the waitress who served us, Erika, was very helpful, attentive and kind.
Overall very good place :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una muy mala experiencia. Lo único bonito son las cabañas en sí. Pero lo demás...
Pará empezar no hay claridad con la reservación y el cobro final. Cobran servicios que no prestaron, y no se admiten reclamaciones. Anuncian y cobran servicios que no tienen, como Internet, comedor, estacionamiento (es harto insuficiente) o agua caliente.
Realmente no vale la pena viajar tan lejos para pasar un fin de semana en la naturaleza, que tampoco es para tanto.
No es un lugar recomendable en absoluto.
A very bad experience. The only thing nice are the cabins themselves. But the rest ...
To begin with, there is no clarity with the reservation and the final charge. They charge for services that they did not provide, and claims are not allowed. They advertise and charge for services that they do not have, such as Internet, dining room, parking (it is very insufficient) or hot water.
It is really not worth traveling that far to spend a weekend in nature, which is not that bad either.
It is not a recommended place at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bonito lugar, nos tocó además excelente clima, muy buena atención en general. Habitación limpia y cómoda. Muy bonita vista desde la terraza. Caminar por la orilla del río fue excelente experiencia.
Very nice place, we also had excellent weather, very good service in general. Clean and comfortable room. Very nice view from the terrace. Walking along the river bank was an excellent experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy atentos, las cabañas están muy bien acondicionadas. Les falla un poco la señal de wifi pero pues a ese lugar se va a desconectarse del mundo y disfrutar. Está muy cerca la ciudad y tienen acceso a las pozas. Por un costo extra te dan leña para usar la chimenea.
Very attentive, the cabins are very well equipped. Their Wi-Fi signal fails a bit, but then they go to that place to disconnect from the world and enjoy. The city is very close and they have access to the pools. For an extra cost they give you firewood to use the fireplace.

Cabañas cómodas, lindas y limpias, cuenta con restaurante que tiene sazón exquisito!! además de contar con entrada a la reserva pancho poza para disfrutar un día agradable en el río.

They will lie to get you in and over charge you for over 33% as a service fee. The food is not even mediocre. There is a dog that sounds like it’s being tortured. The drinks are watered down and horrible. AVOID this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely place! Beds and blankets are soooo comfy! (you will not want to get up from bed) It's a very good place to stay in to forget about the city and be in touch with nature! There is also a nice river where you can jump in, food is delicious and prices are affordable, very recommended to have a romantic weekend, have some chill with friends ?
