Simply beautiful

A very nice place, but the prices on the internet application are very inflated, the ideal in low season is to go direct or call whoever rents it.

I'll start with the bad points and consider 1.- Since booking I was told that they would give me the contact and location of a second person who would receive me upon my arrival, Martín is in charge of the reservations ... The very day Martin gave me both data, contact to the person His name is Ramón, he sends me a location, we follow her and when we realize that the place we were in has nothing to see, I call him, he sent me to the mailbox, he called Martín and he says ay! I send them the wrong location (half an hour more from Mazamitla ?) and I can only say no way hahaha ? the man is a bit ethnic and does not know how to use the cell phone, bone! It goes without saying that the place I sent us to was a no man's land (huachicoleros), you will know the scare we went through, we returned to the correct location 2.- Arriving at the cabin it was without some lights, the sheets stained yellow, firewood already used and super little, which did not turn on with anything, the next day we ran out of water 3 times ? they charge more because it has a jacuzzi and then nothing , without water or how to fill it Incomplete grill (cracked and rusty) 3.- Ramón the watchman lives there, and has very little attitude of service, apparently so long there made him lose interest in having the cabins at 100, since the one next to him had a water leak and he stayed that way for 3 days. .. THE GOOD 1.- The cabins are super nice and comfortable, they are well located If you are going to book here be sure to see the location first and confirm it, we trust those who sent us and we had a not very pleasant experience

The cabin where we stay has a beautiful view! At first glance it is beautiful, but it remains to be detailed a little more, the hot water from the boiler is not enough to fill the jacuzzi you need to fill it in shifts ? and even though it was not "dirty" they could improve the cleaning ?

Not so good experience. The contact was by phone. We booked a two bedroom cabin and when we arrived it turned out that they had already rented it to other people and they no longer had large cabins available and they accommodated us in a small one of "the twins" which was uncomfortable. And not because it is really bad but because the plan was the breadth. We accept the change because they promised a discount and a "courtesy" which they were going to give in writing to get a free night on a next visit ... But they did not comply. They just dodged the phone and when they answered they said that Ramón the watchman had confirmed that we did not want courtesy !!!

In general my experience in the cabins was good and I summarize all the points below: Good ones: Location, the cabin complex is relatively immersed in the forest there is a butcher shop about 50 meters from the entrance and the road is quite accessible, inside the complex there is a very steep climb that will cost more than one person to climb but without major problems. The cabins in general are very beautiful, many of them built mostly of wood, which gives a feeling of being in the real forest Kitchen, the equipment in the kitchen is quite good with the most basic waxes and a little more. Blender, some of them with microwave oven, knives, plates, glasses, charcoal grill, etc. Bad: The bathroom in our cabin had a damaged lock, it left us locked in it a couple of times, it also lacks places to put clothes while bathing and is poorly designed, getting totally wet once after bathing. The cabins are very close together, losing a bit of privacy when the adjoining cabins are in use, There was a small incident where initially they gave us a cabin, and later we moved to another under the excuse that it was already rented by people who already knew the cabin, the second cabin is the same on the outside but on the inside if it was significantly lower, we were given a load of firewood in compensation The grill that we had in the second cabin is very very small, shown in the photos.

Terrible service... They promise things and do not fulfill, for example, they give one cabin for another because the one they reserved "had been rented to other people" (apparently the owner rented it without warning) they charged for a 2-room cabin and they put us up in one of the cabins "The twins" and for wanting customer satisfaction, they offered or discounted money or a courtesy on the next visit signed by Martín. But he never showed his face, everything was by telephone and they sent Ramón the night watchman for the money. We got neither discount nor courtesy ... The worst thing was that being in the place we realized that there were better cabins at half the price. When with Martin and Ramón it was a super cheap price for being the low season ...
