J	Jessica Janeth Diaz Baltazar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratamos las 3 cabañas, no nos dieron ningún tipo de reglamento, por la tarde la propietaria nos pidió apagar la música a la 1, pero desde las 10 se notó molesta a lo que bajamos el volumen, a las 11 de manera muy grosera nos pidió que no quería nada de ruido porque quería dormir y amenazó con mandarnos sacar a lo cual accedimos, el día siguiente en la cabaña principal no contábamos con el servicio de agua, la verdad muy mala experiencia We hired the 3 cabins, they did not give us any kind of regulation, in the afternoon the owner asked us to turn off the music at 1, but from 10 she was annoyed at what we lowered the volume, at 11 in a very rude way she asked us that he didn't want any noise because he wanted to sleep and threatened to send us what we agreed to, the next day in the main cabin we didn't have the water service, really a bad experience

Nos dijo que hasta la 1 am teníamos permitido, y a las 11:30 nos amenazó con sacarnos. Pésimo de verdad. Mrs. MUUUUUY GROSERA. Al momento de hacer el contrato nunca se habló de que tenían un horario muy estricto. Primero nos dijeron que a la 1am se tenía que apagar la música pero como a las 11pm salió la señora muy grosera, que si no nos callábamos nos mandaría a sacar. Por la mañana no había agua en una de las cabañas. We rented the 3 cabins but the lady who is there (I don't know if she is the owner) very rude. At the time of making the contract there was never talk that they had a very strict schedule. First they told us that at 1am the music had to be turned off but at 11pm the very rude lady came out, that if we didn't shut up, she would send us out. In the morning there was no water in one of the cabins.
J	Jany Gonzalez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anteriormente había ido a cabañas esperanza y no tuve ningún problema, la semana pasada fui con mi familia pagando 3 noches lo cual acorde con la señora por teléfono y llegando se las pague !! Al 3er día la señora nos dice q alas 12 nos tenemos q salir que xq iba a rentar la cabaña que lo que le habíamos pagado eran 2 noches y si queríamos estar otra noche ahí que pagáramos... No saben q mala experiencia tuvimos con esa señora no se si sufre falta de memoria o ya esta actuando así para aprovecharse de la gente!!! Sin mas nos tuvimos que salir por que se puso de mala gana la señora, tal cual nos arruino las vacaciones... NO VUELVO JAMAS!!!! aparte q salían arañas en los cuartos :( :( Previously I had gone to Cabañas Esperanza and I had no problem, last week I went with my family paying 3 nights which I agreed with the lady on the phone and arriving I paid them !! On the 3rd day the lady tells us that on 12 we have to leave that xq was going to rent the cabin that what we had paid her were 2 nights and if we wanted to be there another night there we would pay ... They don't know what a bad experience we had with that Madam, I don't know if she suffers from lack of memory or is already acting like this to take advantage of people! Without more we had to leave because the lady reluctantly became, as we ruined the holidays ... I WILL NEVER RETURN! apart that spiders came out in the rooms :( :(
