★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice being in the jungle and the pool area is kinda nice. Reception is helpfull.but the restraunt is just a shame and the bathrooms all over are not realy good. The only reason this place is still alive is the lack of competition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No thanks! First of all, this is the most expensive yet least generous place I've stayed in all of Mexico. They have weird rules such as that you have to pay the restaurant if you bring your own beer into the resort area. They charge you 90 pesos for the lockers unless you give them a 5 star review... Why not offer a service in exchange for happy guests?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ambiance is great, you’re in the middle of the jungle. Don’t expect to see too much wildlife at the cabins though. Service at the restaurant could have been better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ rooms are fine but not worth the price (40$ for night), the pool nice but dirty, the restaurant is awful, i ordered pasta pesto and you cabt imagine how dry and untasty it was. but the most annoying thing is that the reception behavior is super greedy. for leaving your luggage after checking out or using the hotel facilities they make you write a good review in TripAdvisor or you will have to pay. so don't believe the reviews there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 Stars. Big Pool and a nice restaurant. Not far from the park. We had a double room at the little lake and the noises in the night are just amazing. The people was friendly and the bed comfordable. But the vibe was more touristic not backpacker vibe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great time, however the place is a bit pricey for what the area offers. Just some feedback as a bit disappointed with the way they provide water. There isn’t any water station in the hotel, neither large bottles of water therefore you end up using 5-6 bottles of plastic a day which is not ideal if you want to avoid footprint ? in the jungle.. rooms could also do with something to hang out your wet towel as well. Stayed at room 1.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything about our stay was Excellent! The food was delicious, the rooms were clean and cozy (we stayed in Cabana 21), beds were comfortable, the resort is BEAUTIFUL and every member of the staff were completely delightful <3 I really cannot recommend a stay here highly enough! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the most beautiful places we stayed in during our stay in Mexico. It is very close to the ruins and there is a collectivo into centre. The service was great and the room was clean. The communal areas were taken care of and the restaurant had good food.
