La entrada es a las 3 y llegamos 3 y tantito y apenas iban a buscar papel para los baños y jabón, las ventanas no abrían todas, y cuando las fuimos a ver si abrieron todo, las 3 cabañas sucias y no se ve que de 1 día o 2, baños tapados, no había agua caliente, los refrigeradores no servían, se nos echó a perder comida, los climas gotean, se cayó la manija de la cabaña del río, se cayó el toallero y el cortinero de ese baño, todo está como hechizo, pésima actitud de quien nos atendió, y además se metieron a robar a un carro documentos importantes y un celular, en un lugar que supuestamente es "seguro y confiable" Terrible service, nothing to do with what they advertise. Rentamos las 3 cabañas completas para un evento puras mujeres. El vigilante se va en la noche nadie se queda al pendiente,las cabañas se quedan abiertas sin seguro. Dejo muchísimo que desear, a una de las integrantes le abrieron su auto y le robaron pertenencias. El dueño se portó súper grosero e indiferente hacia la situación . La verdad quedé con un muy mal sabor de boca. Lastima porque el paisaje es hermoso. The cabins are very dirty, the bathrooms clogged, no hot water, no toilet paper, the fridges did not work. We rented the 3 complete cabins for an all women event. The watchman leaves at night, nobody stays on the lookout, the cabins stay open without insurance. It left a lot to be desired, one of the members had her car broken into and her belongings stolen. The owner was super rude and indifferent towards the situation. Honestly, I left with a very bad taste in my mouth. Too bad because the landscape is beautiful.

Rentamos las 3 cabañas para hacer un retiro de mujeres y no se podía cerrar las cabañas con seguro por dentro e independientemente a esta pésima situación los cuartos estaban sucios, cuándo llegamos no estaban listos los cuartos no había papel de baño el refri de la cabaña más grande no enfriaba, toda una pésima experiencia y peor aún después de que me robaron uno de los dueños llegó con una actitud arrogante, demostrando cero empatía a lo que me sucedió en sus instalaciones.
