Excelente experiencia con las luciernagas, sólo recomiendo que hagan incapie en que los huéspedes lleven ropa y calzado impermeable, las lluvias y lodos son intensos, pero todo bien en su servicio

Me gusta el lugar, es muy bonito y pasas un buen fin de semana alejado de la ciudad, el lago esta perfecto; lo único que no esta bien es la comida del hotel de las cabañas, muy desabrida, sin sabor y nunca tienen pan de dulce puro panque que no esta rico. Así que el desayuno incluido deja mucho que desear, por el contrario el restaurante del lago tienen mejor sazon, aclaren antes lo que incluye la renta de la cabaña porque luego te dan la caña de pescar y luego no.

Es un lugar muy tranquilo, limpio, lleno de vegetación, muchas actividades en familia.

Esta bonito pero descuidado, si te gusta pescar te combiene, pero también puedes caminar y lo más importante disfrutar de la naturaleza

Las cabañas bastante cómodos, con buen mobiliario, desayuno bufete incluido con la renta, tiene asadero, refri, TV por cable, micro, calefactor y chimenea, para ir en familia queda genial, incluye entrada al lago que queda a unos 20 minutos caminando

This place has a feel of the piney woods area of Texas. The cabin which we stayed at was quaint and spacious. Our friends from Puebla brought us here for a night, they visit this place for the fishing at the lake. From the pics you can see that the cabin comes with an outdoor cooking area, a chimney and a generous load of firewood. They do have different size cabins depending on your group needs. Our cabin had capacity for about 10 people. There is also a spa and pool, with warm water, on site. We thought our cabin did not have hot water but turns out that the water heater was off. They also provided a small heater inside the cabin, temperatures can get chilly. As far as activities go, you can just chill at your cabin, plenty of nature and peace to take in. You can also partake in several activities at the nearby lake. Those activities include horseback riding around the lake, zip line, renting a mountain bike, picnicking or fishing. There is a trout nursery which they use to continuously restock the lake with rainbow trout. There is a shop on site for supplies and you can also rent rod and reel. If I recall correctly, there is no catch and release. There is a person that can fillet your fish for you for a very small fee or you can buy trout by the kilo for a bit of a pricey amount. They also offer some kind of tour to learn about lighting bugs in the area. The show kicks off in June and is available through early fall. You can either drive or walk to the lake from the cabins. We chose to walk to take in the scenery. Along the way, you will pass a christmas tree farm, a ranch with animals with a shooting area. You will also find a variety of locations to grab a bite to eat on the way to the lake. There is also a restaurant at the lake itself. On the way, you can find sit down restaurant, corn and esquites, fruit, fresh bread, snacks and even worms for fishing. There was a small stand that offers to cook any fish that you catch. We had breakfast at the restaurant on site. The buffet was included with our stay. The food was tasty and the staff was friendly and helpful. All and all, we would love to return to this place next time we are in the area.
