El personal súper amable y siempre a disposición. Definitivamente te hacen tener una experiencia bastante agradable. The place in general is beautiful! The beautiful cabins are completely worth it. They are also super comfortable and with wonderful views. The staff are super friendly and always available. They definitely make you have quite a nice experience.

El servicio y trato de las personas que trabajan aquí es muy amable. Cuenta con dos albercas, servicio de restaurante, temazcal, masajes y tours de aventura a los diferentes atractivos turísticos que tiene el pueblo de cuetzalan. En lo personal me parece un lugar super relajante y bonito ideal para contacto con la naturaleza y descanso. Los precios super accesibles. Tienen servicio de WI fi y pago con tarjeta. I loved this place I would return, the suit was comfortable and beautiful, I loved the view. The service and treatment of the people who work here is very friendly. It has two swimming pools, restaurant service, temazcal, massages and adventure tours to the different tourist attractions that the town of Cuetzalan has. Personally, I think it is a super relaxing and beautiful place, ideal for contact with nature and rest. Super affordable prices. They have WI fi service and card payment.
r	rosita logan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las cabañas están regular, pero hay ruido de las otras cabañas. Según en reglamento ya no pueden hacer ruido a cierta hora, pero esto no se respeta. Hay perros ladrando y en sí por el ruido no se descansa bien. El desayuno incluido es muy limitado. Solo lo que te ofrecen y todo lo demás adicional te lo cobran por ejemplo te dan una pequeña taza de café por lo que pedí más. Pero el cobro de la segunda taza es adicional. No me gustó mucho. The cabins are so-so, but there is noise from the other cabins. According to regulations they can no longer make noise at a certain time, but this is not respected. There are dogs barking and because of the noise you don't rest well. The included breakfast is very limited. Only what they offer you and everything else additional they charge you for example they give you a small cup of coffee for what I asked for more. But the charge for the second cup is additional. I didn't like it very much.

K	KaterynaK on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cabins situated in a gorgeous area. There are two pools and a lot of places with beautiful views. A restaurant is a perfect place to relax and enjoy delicious food. The staff members are extremely nice and helpful. We loved this place so much!

Fresh air, sound and aromas of the forest and soul peace. My spouse and I had a family banglow made of wood and bamboo. It was very ascetic, but had all the necessary things such as a comfortable bed (1 on the first floor and 2 on the attic), balcony with a small table and two chairs and a wonderful view on the Cuetzalan, the bathroom. The territory with cabaños is not large, but extremely picturesque, it has 2 swimming pools (for kids and for adults), a cozy restaurant. I really enjoyed my stay there. It feels like I have made a reset, let my body a mental and physical rest, because it deserves it?
