★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estuvimos tratando se cambiar la reserva después de haber hecho el depósito, pero después tratamos de cancelarla ya que las cabañas no estaban disponibles para cuándo podíamos ir, y batallamos mucho con que nos contestaran, mandábamos mensaje y nos contestaban a los días , después nos dejaban de contestar aunque esperáramos una respuesta que supuestamente nos iban a dar, pedimos el reembolso y nos lo van a dar de 50% pero tenemos esperando 2 semanas para que lo regren
We were trying to change the reservation after having made the deposit, but then we tried to cancel it since the cabins were not available by when we could go, and we struggled a lot with being answered, we sent messages and they answered us within days, then they left us to answer even if we waited for an answer that they were supposed to give us, we ask for a refund and they will give us 50% but we have waiting 2 weeks for it to be returned
