Excellent quality and good service, very delicious dishes and drinks, and you can enjoy the pool

The pool is not exclusively for customers, there were people using palapas and pool that only went to that. They drank sitting on the steps of the pool and no one called their attention. In the restaurant, the inattentive waitress forgot the order and cutlery, as well as poorly made and rickety dishes. Many employees who do nothing. Terrible experience.

I booked a cabin for 1 night and I observed this: The use of the pool and umbrellas is NOT exclusive to guests, they give you a bracelet but they treat you like any other person who has not paid for the accommodation. The waiter service at the umbrellas is bad, it took a long time to bring only the menu. Inside the restaurant, the food does not have a good presentation and the dishes are LIMITED, and the prices are expensive for what one eats. Breakfast is courtesy if you pay for a cabana but they give you hard omelettes, they charge you for drinks, and they DO NOT clean the tables before serving breakfast. The dining area is just as dirty as it was the night before, as are the umbrella tables. The green areas next to the pool are dirty, there were some bottle caps from the previous afternoon and they were still there the next day. In the cabin, the coffee pot was dirty, and without a filter. There is no better deal for those who pay to stay in a cabin than those who only get to use the pool. I do not recommend it.
