La encargada o dueña está muy lejos de ser buena anfitriona, contesta mal y no te permite sentirte agusto en el lugar, todo le molesta.
Lo pagamos no fue equivalente a nuestra experiencia en ese lugar.
The place is embedded in a population of difficult access, acceptable cabins. The girl who attends is very friendly and pleasant.
The manager or owner is far from being a good hostess, she answers badly and does not allow you to feel comfortable in the place, everything bothers her.
What we paid for was not equivalent to our experience at that location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos hospedamos toda la familia (aproximadamente 20 personas). El lugar es muy bonito, pero la experiencia se vio arruinada por la actitud de la casera. La cuál es muy sofocante y exigente con nosotros, a pesar de que el lugar no cumplía con lo que prometía. En una habitación hicieron falta toallas y no nos entregaron los controles correctos de la tele ni del DVD y en otra habitación estaba descompuesta la llave de la regadera, está última pudo haber causado un accidente. También hay cobro extra (muy elevado) por ingerir bebidas alcohólicas dentro del lugar.
We stayed the whole family (approximately 20 people). The place is very pretty, but the experience was spoiled by the attitude of the landlady. Which is very suffocating and demanding on us, even though the place didn't deliver what it promised. In one room, towels were needed and they did not give us the correct controls for the TV or the DVD and in another room the shower key was broken, the latter could have caused an accident. There is also an extra charge (very high) for drinking alcoholic beverages on the premises.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estoy escribiendo la crítica y todavía no salgo de ahí es una de las peores experiencias 1era noche frío de la fregada no me ponen calentador segundo día pido cambiarme de habitación y resulta que el bollería no sirve desde medio día solicitamos lo checaran son las 6 de la tarde y comentan que no va haber agua caliente tengo que ir a otra habitación a bañarme y sacar a mi hijo de 3 años recién bañado por todo el patio. Obvio que no lo hice.

Ahora veremos como resolvemos esta situación con la gerencias .
Lo único bueno que tiene hasta el momento es la sra que cocina y te atiende sumamente amable ya que ella no es la encargada

Quien vio el comentario de reservaciones se lo agradezco por la pronta solución y perdón por tener que hacerlo publico pero era la única forma de solucionarlo rápidamente
I'm writing the review and I still haven't gotten out of there it's one of the worst experiences 1st night cold from the scrubbing they don't put a heater on me second day I ask to change rooms and it turns out that the pastries don't serve from noon we requested they check it is 6 in the late and they comment that there will be no hot water, I have to go to another room to take a shower and take my 3-year-old son, recently bathed, around the patio. Obviously I didn't.

The only good thing that it has so far is the lady who cooks and attends you extremely kindly since she is not the one in charge

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The valley is nice, but cabins are gloomy, small windows, no view on the valley. You don't feel at home, the service makes you feel like you are bothering.
On top of that, this is the first time in my life I had to give my complete card information - including the 3-digits pin code...And guess what: a month after I got 2000 pesos charged from Indonesia.
I highly recommend Corral de Piedras: it's more remote, but definitely worth the trip.
