M	MAGIN CASTAÑEDA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En lo personal lo que buscaba era estar lejos de la ciudad, disfrutar de la naturaleza y de una vista hermosa y acá lo encontré. La atención de la señorita Cecilia excelente. Para quienes llevan coche les comento que el estacionamiento queda como a 150 metros de las cabañas, pasaran por un manantial natural que nace de la montaña, subirán rampas y escaleras, eso para nosotros no fue problema, si llevan niños o personas adultas de la tercera edad lo podrá ser. Lugar ideal para descansar y disfrutar de la naturaleza y de gran parte del Pueblo Mágico de San Cristóbal de las Casas. Personally what I was looking for was to be away from the city, enjoy nature and a beautiful view and here I found it. The attention of Miss Cecilia excellent. For those who drive, I tell them that the parking is about 150 meters from the cabins, they will pass by a natural spring that comes from the mountain, they will go up ramps and stairs, that for us was not a problem, if they carry children or adults from the third may be it. Ideal place to rest and enjoy nature and much of the Magic Town of San Cristobal de las Casas.

No tienen preparado todo a tu llegada. No tenían agua caliente y tardaron un día en poner el gas porque no sabían. Y para cobrar te piden mucho anticipo . I do not recommend it 100%. They do not ask the customer what they want when placing one of their special decoration requests. They do not have everything ready for your arrival. They didn't have hot water and it took them a day to put the gas on because they didn't know. And to collect they ask you for a lot of advance.

Solo hay desayunos, no tienen comida el resto del día. El estacionamiento está muuuuy lejos. Y lo peor, no pude dormir ?, la cama es muy incómoda It is a beautiful place, with a beautiful view, you have to climb a lot of stairs, so if you are lazy like me, I do not recommend it. Pero...el estacionamiento está como a 500 metros, la subida es una odisea justificada, pero lo que sí no está nada bien y fue lo realmente malo fue el colchón. Imposible descansar en él, nunca había dormido en un colchón tan malo, mejor traigan sus colchonetas. The place is nice, the price is affordable. The cabins are not bad at all and the view is very beautiful. But ... the parking lot is about 500 meters away, the climb is a justified odyssey, but what is not good at all and the really bad thing was the mattress. Impossible to rest on it, I had never slept on such a bad mattress, better bring your mattresses.

La subida si está un poco pesada si no eres de los que les gusta caminar, pero vale la pena. Tenía un poco de incertidumbre con relación a las camas, que según indicaban eran incomodas. Pero la sorpresa que me lleve es que son bastante cómodas y muy cálidas para el frío de San Cristóbal. Realmente es un lugar que sin duda visitaría en otra ocasión. Good place to have a good time and in a romantic way with your partner. The staff is very attentive and kind. The climb is a bit heavy if you are not one of those who like to walk, but it is worth it. I was a bit uncertain about the beds, which they indicated were uncomfortable. But the surprise that takes me is that they are quite comfortable and very warm for the cold of San Cristóbal. It really is a place that I would definitely visit on another occasion.

D	David Nielsen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok place but way too many stairs. Far from parking. Visited in January and the place was cold at night. No heat or AC available. They did have some overpriced and very poor quality fire wood available. Some previous reviewers complained about wasps. We had only two wasps and one very large spider in our cabin (it was January). You will need a taxi to go most anywhere. The staff was friendly and helpful. They helped carry the luggage the long distance to the car. Paid for four days and left after two. It was worth it to us to just leave even if we did have to eat the cost. May be ok for you but it wasn't ok for us. Nice view but remember that you have to physically climb a lot of uneven stairs to get that view.
