Leonardo is a great shaman. The cabins are simple but well equipped.

They lost my reservation for the 3rd time in a row. When I confronted them the sons came out to fight me. I felt extremely threatened. It takes me 5 hours just to travel here and been coming for over a decade. Lately it seems the 2 youngest sons have taken over and run it like the sinaloa cartel. I'll never send another person here, and I am a hostel owner myself.

Nice cabins with great views. Don Leonardo and dona Ofelia are very nice and knowledgable about shrooms. Definitely drink one of their mushroom teas!

Beautiful room however we paid 950 for a private room, private bathroom and all the amenities. This was the most expensive room available. This night there was a power cut so we were unable to use any of the facilities except the bed they were unwilling to listen to us when we asked if we could have any money back and would keep walking away from us. In the end they paid us 200 pesos back of our original price but only after we sat adamantly that this was unfair. Nice place if they weren’t rude but it is beautiful just visit when there is electric

The view is nice and the price is alright, but besides that most of the property is lack luster. The walls are very thin and the doors rattle at night. Bring earplugs and extra layers for a goods night rest. Also don’t expect help finding hongos in off season.

We stayed in the cheapest room. 1 double bed and 1 single, shared bathroom and toilet. To be very honest, it wasn't that great. Of course, we don't expect a lot of luxury and we are ok with that! But this just wasn't it. The toilet and shower are pretty dirty. Also the bed was dirty, there were little spots and crumbs in the bed and the room had a funny smell. The bedsheeds were ripped and obviously very old. The owner spies on the guests all the time. You have no space to sit in privacy other than inside your room. If you decide to sit outside and enjoy the view, the owner will keep watching you. He even walks by when you sit in front of your place to (I think) check on you? I think this is way too much and made me even feel like he doesn't trust his guests. We were just playing a card game and drinking water, so no reason to act so suspicious. Don't expect them to help you to find mushrooms. They do sell other stuff that if very strong. The people working there are ok. The wifi is only available in the restaurant, not in the rooms. Overall, it's an ok place. Dirty and old, no privacy. I suggest you go somewehere else.

Our cabin was spacious and clean. The cabins have a fireplace complete with kindling, wood and matches. We had a full jug of water, fridge, coffee maker with coffee and sugar. The large deck was perfect for watching the sunset. We met the friendly owners, Leonarda and his wife made us a special tea since we were both still recovering from malo tacos. The brothers greeted us and helped with our bags. There is also a restaurant with excellent food and fantastic view. Everyone was super friendly and helpful.

Rooms didn't fell clean, specially restroom. We decided to leave because of this, (we where there for 10 minutes max), we didn't got our money back when we ask for a refund (no even half or even less) average attention. There are better options nearby.
