We visited them in September 2019. They were not yet finished building all of them, but we were very comfortable and the customer service was very good. The breakfast in the open air very rich

First of all, I would like to make it clear that the truth is that the quality of the cabins, facilities and infrastructure are first class. They were made thinking of those people who are not used to being in the field and that makes them very comfortable and complete. The owner is really super attentive, friendly and with all the disposition. The gentleman who attended us with the information and who was pending in the afternoons with the firewood as well as the young man who supported us with the bonfires and the beginning of the chimneys were very friendly and attentive. However, if I must make a call to the room service regarding the supply of consumables: of the 4 days and 3 nights, we were only provided with toilet paper and soap on one occasion. The stay included a daily breakfast which was only offered 2 mornings out of the 3 that we were in the cabins, explaining that the last day was not included as it was the day we retired. That makes no sense. The hours when they serve breakfast are also a little disorganized: when we asked for the breakfast hours, it was explained to us that they would come to touch us, which is very confusing because one does not know what time one should wake up, be ready to go to breakfast or until what time you can receive it.

Terrible, when I arrived at night to rest there was a scandal, I called "reception" To report it, they told me that it was a party for the owner of the place and that with shame, so the owner did not let his clients sleep until 3am.

It is a place with many cabins in the middle of pines with a common place to have parties, with tables, rustic chairs, a kitchen ... Not so outdoors because it has windows but no doors ... Conditioned bathrooms for men and women ... The sections of the cabins are red and the walls are made of adobon (very good material to avoid being very cold and very hot). I did not enter the cabin and I cannot comment on them.
