Nos quedamos en la cabaña más bonita a mi parecer la del árbol, enserió todo muy increíble, tanto el lugar como la atención es muy buena, les agradezco mucho por la ayuda y su increíble atención.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar agradable , no hay mucha sombra asi que el sol puede llegar a fastidiar , no es muy amigable para bebes , ya que hay barrancos y bajadas sin protección así que hay que estar al pendiente , el personal amable , no aceptan pagos con tarjeta en el lugar solo efectivo , la comida un poco cara y con falta de sazón , lo mejor es llevar su propia comida , cerca hay un tipo abarrotes pero sin micha variedad , tambien las cascadas maravillas pero igual no compatible con bebes (2 y 3 años ) en abril no hacia frio de noche así que con las cobijas que tienen basto , el lugar se ve limpio , lleven sus almohadas ?… la cabaña de arbol tiene de todo lo basico en utenciliia pero es escaso recomiendo se vayan equipados ( cuchillo , agua potable , papel wc extra ) regresaría pero hasta dentro de 3 años o sin bebes de honeymoon !
It is a pleasant place, there is not much shade so the sun can be annoying, it is not very friendly for babies, since there are ravines and descents without protection so you have to be aware, the friendly staff, they do not accept card payments in the place only cash, the food a little expensive and with a lack of seasoning, it is best to bring your own food, nearby there is a type of groceries but without much variety, also the wonderful waterfalls but still not compatible with babies (2 and 3 years ) in April it was not cold at night so with the blankets that are thick, the place looks clean, take your pillows ?… the tree cabin has all the basics in utensils but it is scarce I recommend you go equipped (knife, water Drinking water, extra toilet paper) I would return but not in 3 years or without honeymoon babies!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estuvo bien, lo único que me molestó fue que el hospedaje no incluye desayuno, el servicio del restaurante MUY malo, no tenían huevo, todo se les acababa, nunca me trajeron lo que pedí a pesar de que le dije a la mesera unas 5 veces y no le importó, la mesera con una pésima actitud. Nadie del grupo quiso regresar a ese restaurante y nos fuimos al pueblo a comer y comprar comida.
It was good, the only thing that bothered me was that the lodging does not include breakfast, the restaurant service was VERY bad, they did not have eggs, they ran out of everything, they never brought me what I asked for even though I told the waitress about 5 times and he did not care, the waitress with a terrible attitude. Nobody in the group wanted to go back to that restaurant and we went to town to eat and buy food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención, desde la reservación y durante la estancia es muy buena, muy amables, el lugar y sus vistas son geniales, considerando que es ecoturismo es muy buena opción, su área de oportunidad de mejora es dejar utensilios de limpieza en la cocina y de ser posible mejorar la presión de agua fría.

La alberca demasiado sucia agua muy turbia.
Nunca tuvimos te de bienvenida.
Restaurante con comida de mala calidad y caro, es preferible llevar tu propia comida, agua, trastes y jabón para lavarlos.
Lo único rescatable fue el cine bajo las estrellas y el personal muy amable.
Hay mucho que hacer al rededor sin embargo buscaría otro lugar para hospedarme.
