Me eh quedado sin servicio días enteros y no te descuentan por eso ni un centavo, pero no te pases tú de la fecha de pago porque te cobran casi la mitad de lo que pagas por el retraso. Malísima calidad!! Horrible !! Terrible service and that I only have Internet per month fails you at least 3 times in addition to that it gets very slow, you report it and it is of no use. I have run out of service for days and they don't discount you for that, not a penny, but don't go over the payment date because they charge you almost half of what you pay for the delay. Tengo desde el día miércoles sin servicio uno único q hacen es agendarme una supuesta visita técnica. Cuando ellos mismos al subir a la posteria desconectados mis módems Por eso México está como está!!!! Puro burocratismo. Y el que sale perjudicado es uno como supuesto cliente. Very bad service. i	irma La Roo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es relativamente bueno, pero si hay un error de su parte, como me pasó a mi, me cortaron el servicio dos veces en el mes, tuve que hablar a Monterrey , para que me recolectarán el cable, y como se atravesaron días festivos, renovaron el servicio, después de cinco días, cuando fui a las oficinas para que me descontarán del cobro mensual, los días que me suspendieron el servicio, sólo me querían descontar $50, de los $80 que yo pagaba, sugun, que por políticas de la empresa, sólo se descontaba del paquete básico, a pesar de que yo tenía contratado otros servicios, total al final me descontaron un poco más,total eso me persuadio, de contratarles otros servicios, como Internet y teléfono, y ahora salen con que cobran $65 por cada decodificador, es un robo, primero decían que eran gratisy ahora los han ido subiendo de precio y obio sube el precio de los paquetes. Checare otras compañías y lo que ofrecen, y que no roben con la renta de decodificadores, para que podamos ver el servicio por el que pagamos.
