Este mes ya es el sexto dia sin señal y luego si tardamos un dia mas en pagar nos cobran 90 pesos, y el telefono que tienen para reporte nunca lo agarran ,nunca contesta,es pesimo el servicio

Pesimo servicio.. Pague el mes de abril por adelantado y me cortan la señal.. Y nunca contestan para dar solucion ????

Pésimo servicio el de la atención al cliente, cuando falla nunca contestan, eso si, si te pasas un día en el pago ya te quieren cobrar multa mas sin embargo nunca bonifica los días que no tienes señal, les hace falta que les echemos a la profeco a ver si se alinean

Pésimo servicio recontrate el servicio y no cambiaron los cables no de afuera ni de adentro y pasa un cable y lo arranca y resulta que yo tengo que pagar el desperfecto que hiso un tercero muy mal y atención al. Cliente peor

Esos técnicos no sirven ni para pelar un plátano 6 días sin servicio y las señoritas ni se digan descuelgan el teléfono cuando ai FALLA PERO PARA COBRAR ANTES DE DIA 10 XQUE SI TE PASAS TE COBRAN 100 PESOS MAS NO ES RECOMENDABLE ESTA TELEVISION X CABLE LO BUENO QUE YA TOTAPLAY SE LOS ESTA QUITANDO
Those technicians are not even good for peeling a banana for 6 days without service and the ladies don't even say they pick up the phone when it FAILS BUT TO CHARGE BEFORE DAY 10 BECAUSE IF YOU GO OVER IT THEY CHARGE YOU 100 MORE PESOS THIS TELEVISION X CABLE IS NOT RECOMMENDED THE GOOD THAT TOTAPLAY IS ALREADY REMOVING THEM

Muy mala señal te exigen el pago pero no te bonifican nada siempre lo mismo deberian multarlos para ver si de verdad te ofrecen un buen servicio de calidad

Cable sur NO lo recomiendo es un abuso de parte de esta compañia de cable tengo 14 dias SIN SERVICIO DE CABLE E INTERNET y hasta ahorita no han reparado la falla..se vuelve a llamar y dicen que van a localizar el tecnico y va para su domicilio y jamas llega a reparar la falla Antes de este problema 4 meses antes tambien tuve problemas con el internet me tardaron 25 dias en cambiarme el moden .Ademas si se rompe la linea del cable el cliente lo paga . Para tener nuevamente .el servicio tardan mucho en contestar . Y no areglan nada es un ES UN PESIMO SERvICIO .
Cable sur I DO NOT recommend it, it is an abuse on the part of this cable company. I have 14 days WITHOUT CABLE AND INTERNET SERVICE and until now they have not repaired the fault. They call again and they say that they are going to locate the technician and go for his home and never comes to repair the fault Before this problem, 4 months before, I also had problems with the internet. It took me 25 days to change my modem. Also, if the cable line breaks, the client pays for it. To have the service again, they take a long time to answer. And they don't fix anything, it's a BAD SERVICE.
