★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, pésima atención al cliente y la chica que trabaja ahí atiende con una molestia.
Llevo 3 días sin internet y nisiquiera tienen la atención al cliente de responder, la chica me quería cobrar $400 pesos por qué fueran a revisar porque SU servicio no funciona, claramente no tienen ni las más mínimas ganas de ayudar.
3 teléfonos que me dieron y NI UNO sirve y la chica dice que no me puede ayudar

Terrible service, terrible customer service and the girl who works there attends with an annoyance.
I've been without internet for 3 days and they don't even have the customer service to respond, the girl wanted to charge me $ 400 pesos for why they were going to review because THEIR service doesn't work, clearly they don't even have the slightest desire to help.
3 phone numbers they gave me and NOT ONE works and the girl says she can't help me
THINK TWICE BEFORE FAITH CONTRACT WITH THEM

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Talk about a horrible service. Ignored my original calls and texts for 3 days about wifi being out. Finally went to their place of business and had to pull teeth to get them to come fix the wifi… the issue was water was getting into a cable… they “fixed” it, then rained 3 hours later and broke again. Now they want to charge me to come out and fix it again. DO NOT USE
