★ ★ ★ ★ ★ asta el dia 15 de julio del 2013 estuvo bien pero llebo 2 días sin cable y me traen con puras vueltas que ya van que que ya fueron pero no tengo respuesta que informalidad de su parte pero si uno se tarda en pagar a i si cobran recargos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todos los días entre la 1 y 2 de la tarde se va el cable y puede durar entre uno a 10 minutos o la imagen se ve muy mal. Pero hoy 14 de octubre la imagen se va. Se ve uno o dos segundos y no se ve de 5 a 10 segundos. Llamé a cablecom y no contestan en ningun telefono. Aunque esto de no contestar ya tiene meses. Los usuarios no se pueden retrasar con lis pagos pero que sucede en casos como el de este momento en que el cable falla o no hay?
Every day between 1 and 2 in the afternoon the cable goes and can last between one to 10 minutes or the image looks very bad. But today October 14 the image goes away. It looks one or two seconds and does not look 5 to 10 seconds. I called cablecom and they don't answer on any phone. Although this not answer already has months.
