Y resulta que hasta el día de hoy me siguen marcando mencionando que el pago aún no se refleja en su sistema, ya me hicieron mandar foto del comprobante de pago por email y solo me han dado largas hasta el día de hoy aún no me solucionan nada . Para terminar hoy volví a marcar a atención a clientes y la srita no supo responder cuando la cuestióne acerca de como podría cancelar el servicio y pedir el reembolso de mi pago espero sean tan amable de decirles a sus ejecutivos que no cuelguen cuando están atendiendo a los usuarios que falta de respeto It looks like my payment was due on January 27 and on Monday I called the customer service number they told me I had to pay 435 pesos.
