★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención al cliente es aceptable más no tanto así el servicio que ofrecen. Si procurarán dar productos de mejor calidad verídicos y no te cortarán el servicio aún con todo pagado sería idóneo.
Customer service is acceptable but not so much the service they offer. If they will try to give true better quality products and they will not cut your service even with everything paid, it would be ideal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've lived in several different countries and this is by far the worst ISP i've ever had. I have to use my mobile hotspot 95% of the time. Frequent disconnections, avg speed less than 2mbps if more than 3 people in the entire country are online, but the speed isn't even relevant bc of the constant drops - it's impossible to do any work if it requires a stable connection. Took them over a week to send a technician when a power surge broke some of their equipment. They told me they couldn't see a problem on their end so apparently they don't know how to ping a router. I can't believe they are even allowed to operate.
