★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No resuelven problemas te hacen dar vueltas quise cancelar por falta cobertura partes República, tuve que ir dos veces centro atención y al final cancelación fue por teléfono.
They don't solve problems, they make you go around in circles. I wanted to cancel due to a lack of coverage for parts of the Republic, I had to go to the service center twice and in the end the cancellation was by phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención. Acudí y tardaron alrededor de una hr y media en atenderme, a pesar de tener muy poca gente. La srita de la entrada muy déspota, luego su compañero tampoco me supo atender, fui por mi chip porque había hecho el cambio de compañía y me dijo que no podía hacer el cambio porque todavía tenía señal. Le mostré que ya no tenía y me dijo que no, que lo que pasaba es que en la plaza había muy mala señal. Y me pidio de muy mal modo que regresara al día siguiente.
Terrible attention. I went and they took about an hour and a half to serve me, despite having very few people. The lady at the entrance was very despotic, then her partner couldn't help me either, I went for my chip because I had changed companies and she told me that I couldn't make the change because I still had a signal. I showed him that I no longer had any and he told me no, what was happening was that there was a very bad signal in the square. And he badly asked me to come back the next day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El tiempo de espera por la tarde son muy altos, la atención es lenta y burocrática. No son empaticos para atender de acuerdo al tramite, les da lo mismo que vaya a bloquear un equipo qué te acaban de robar que por ir a preguntar por planes. Se debe de mejorar la calidad y tiempo de atención.
The waiting time in the afternoon is very high, the attention is slow and bureaucratic. They are not empathic to attend according to the process, they do not care if a team that has just been stolen from you is going to be blocked or if they are going to ask about plans. The quality and time of attention must be improved.
