★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiempo excedido de espera. Mal humorados las dos empleadas, asesora y la de caja. Asesora no dio opciones (quizá por protocolos no las tenga) pero la de caja esa si rápidamente cobró ? aún que con desdén y malhumorada.
 Timeout. The two employees, the consultant and the cashier, were in a bad mood. Adviser did not give options (perhaps due to protocols she does not have them) but the cashier that did quickly charge ? even with disdain and moody.

Pero 2 de las 4 ventanillas estaban abiertas....
There are 23 windows to serve customers, when I went there was a person in three of them, but one had a closed sign.
But 2 of the 4 windows were open....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy lentooo el servicio había bastantes ejecutivos pero como que cada quien en su rollo , solo atendían 2 y buena espera que te avientas.
The service was very slow, there were quite a few executives, but since each one in their own way, only 2 attended and they waited long enough for you to throw yourself away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio muy deficiente y los empleados culpan que "el sistema" esta lento. Vinimos a comprar un teléfono nuevo y aparte de que no había inventario, tan solo el proceso lleva casi 3 horas y aún no terminan.
Le doy 3 estrellas por que la asistente de ventas de Samsung fue muy amable y servicial.
Very poor service and the employees blame that "the system" is slow. We came to buy a new phone and apart from the fact that there was no inventory, the process only takes almost 3 hours and they are not finished yet.
I give it 3 stars because the Samsung sales assistant was so kind and helpful.
