★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo aproximadamente 15 años con el servicio de uds, había estado muy satisfecha con su servicio, pero desde hace un tiempo que cambiaron sus políticas no me ha satisfecho su servicio, contraté un seguro para un IFON en noviembre del año pasado y nunca me lo han cobrado y lo supe hasta un año después de que yo creía que lo estaba pagando, después ahora en abril contraté otro seguro para un SAMSUNG porque me comentaron que al año podía cambiar mi aparato y si el nuevo costaba más sólo daba la diferencia y ahora me informan que no lo puedo cambiar en abril sino hasta julio por la política de la empresa, estoy muy decepcionada por el servicio
