The place is quite comfortable to spend a good afternoon, the prices are not so high and the service is good, in terms of the taste of the food they seemed good to me and the waiter was quite attentive.
d	dia nux on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por mejorar: 1) servicio al cliente: avisar a los clientes que van a cerrar el servicio de cocina y que ya van a cerrar el lugar (en lugar de vernos feo y dejarnos la carta a un lado). 2) insumos: los chocolates fríos dejaron mucho que desear, estuvieron insípidos (pedimos amargo 72% y carmelo 80% pero parecían que era pura agua con hielo y por ahí pasó el chocolate). Tuvimos que pedir por aparte un chocolate maya caliente (al 100%) para que tuviera sabor a chocolate. Para ser "cacao nativa" dejaron mucho que desear en su chocolate ? (razón por la cual fuimos). Lo Positivo: el brownie cheesecake estuvo delicioso. To improve: 1) customer service: notify customers that they are going to close the kitchen service and that they are going to close the place (instead of looking ugly and leaving the menu aside). 2) ingredients: the cold chocolates left much to be desired, they were tasteless (we asked for bitter 72% and caramel 80% but they seemed to be pure ice water and the chocolate went through there). We had to ask separately for a Mayan hot chocolate (100%) to have a chocolate flavor. For "native cocoa" they left a lot to be desired in their chocolate ? (which is why we went). The Positive: The brownie cheesecake was delicious.

Excelente relación calidad-costo y una buena atención por parte del personal. El lugar está agradable. I just discovered this place and it became my favorite cafe in Tuxtla, the flavors of their drinks and dessert were unbeatable. Excellent value for money and good service from the staff. The place is nice.

Es lindo y cómodo, pero tristemente es chiquito y por ser popular se llena mucho. El espacio te permite sentarte dentro y también disfrutar de una pequeña terraza con vista al Boulevard. La atención es buena cuando no hay tanta gente, tratan de dar su mejor y son amables. Food ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Facilities ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Attention ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Price ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The food is rich and with products from the region (mostly, or that's what they sell you) The place is relatively new in Tuxtla. It's cute and comfortable, but sadly it's small and because it's popular it gets very crowded. The space allows you to sit inside and also enjoy a small terrace overlooking the Boulevard. The attention is good when there are not so many people, they try to give their best and are friendly.
