La decoración y ambiente son geniales. Se puede conversar muy bien y los productos son de calidad y deliciosos.
Yo prefiero las bebidas frías y me fascina el poder elegir que tan dulce o amargo quiero mi chocolate.
Prueben lo amargo, es delicioso.
Sus pasteles tienen muy buen sabor y puedes comprar barras de chocolate para comer o preparar bebidas en casa.
 I love this place.
The decor and atmosphere are great. You can talk very well and the products are of quality and delicious.
I prefer cold drinks and I love being able to choose how sweet or bitter I want my chocolate.
Taste the bitter, it is delicious.
Their cakes taste great and you can buy chocolate bars to eat or prepare drinks at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un ambiente muy agradable, los platillos muy deliciosos, en especial el chocolate clásico que trae pequeños trozos, una gran variedad de bebidas y baguettes. Y los precios bien. El único problema es que se llena muy rápido y si te sientas afuera tardan un poco en atenderte.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es buena, el personal muy amable y atento. El lugar en sí se me hizo pequeño, me agradó mucho la tranquilidad, aunque el concepto que tiene no tanto, pero bueno cada quién. La comida sinceramente no está deliciosa, lo que sí vale la pena probar es el frappé y el café.
The attention is good, the staff very friendly and attentive. The place itself became small for me, I really liked the tranquility, although the concept that it has not so much, but good each one. The food is honestly not delicious, what is worth trying is the frappe and the coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cacao Nativa es un espacio para ir a disfrutar de un rico frappe, café, té o tisana además de otras bebidas emblemáticos de chiapas como son el tascalate, chocolate y otros más además tienen una variedad de postres y panninis o comidas, realmente es interesante el concepto aunque a veces suele estar muy lleno el lugar y por lo mismo suelen tardarse un poco al atenderte, pero en general es bueno, no es como de mis favoritas cafeterias pero si eres nuevo en la ciudad deberías de visitarlo para disfrutar un nuevo concepto.
Cacao Nativa is a space to go and enjoy a delicious frappe, coffee, tea or tisane as well as other emblematic drinks from Chiapas such as tascalate, chocolate and others, they also have a variety of desserts and panninis or meals, it is really interesting the concept although sometimes the place is usually very crowded and for this reason they usually take a while to serve you, but in general it is good, it is not like one of my favorite cafeterias but if you are new to the city you should visit it to enjoy a new concept.

Las bebidas frias son mis favoritas,en especial el frape de mazapan en verdad no se lo pueden perder.
El cacao nativa es deli ya sea en frape o solo calientito.
Me gusto mucho que a los frapes les ponha pedazos de chocolate, es muh rico pero lo malo es que cada día le ponen menos y ultimamente la crema batida esta muy aguada.
Yi la verdad me la paso aqui una vez a la semana pero el servicio es feito, se tardan mucho en atenderte y en caja siempre son lentas, casi casi hay que rogar para que te tomen la orden pero bueno...la verdad es que si vale la pena y para que yo diga eso es que de verdad es buenisimo.

The cold drinks are my favorites, especially the marzipan frappe, you really can't miss it.
Native cocoa is deli either in a frappe or just warm.
I really liked that they put pieces of chocolate on the frapes, it's very tasty but the bad thing is that they put less and less every day and lately the whipped cream is very watery.
And the truth is I spend it here once a week but the service is ugly, they take a long time to serve you and at the checkout they are always slow, you almost have to beg for them to take your order but well... the truth is that if it's worth it and for me to say that, it's really great.
