★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedí una ensalada de citricos y solo llevaba naranja y lechuga y se los dije y la encargada del local se molestó, faltaba toronja y fresas y pues no había voluntad aunque por sugerencia mía le pusieron nuez y manzana (poco y de mala gana)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar tiene su encanto por lo original de la presentación de sus platillos. La comida está bien y el lugar bien distribuido. Solo falta mejorar la atención. Son muy pocos "chavos" atendiendo todas las mesas y les falta tacto en lo que refiere la atención al cliente. A veces son algo groseros. Es el aspecto que más deberían mejorar pues llevo varias visitas y por lo general es lo mismo. Plus: El café es muy rico.
The place has its charm for the original presentation of its dishes. The food is fine and the place well distributed. You just need to improve attention. There are very few "kids" attending all the tables and they lack tact in regard to customer service. Sometimes they are somewhat rude. It is the aspect that should improve the most because I have been several visits and it is usually the same. Plus: Coffee is very tasty.

Tienen muchos meseros pero el servicio es lento, pides tortillas y tardan mucho, me ha tocado que me cobren sin que me den el postre porque los meseros no están al pendiente de las mesas.
Además, antes el menú del día eran 3 tiempos, ahora solo son 2 tiempos (las últimas tresveces que he acudido solo me han dado la sopa y el guisado).
Es una pena porque el servicio antes no era tan malo como lo es ahora (recalcar qué subieron los precios y el servicio empeoró).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La comida es muy rica, abundante y el personal brinda una atención de 10. Su calidad de servicio al cliente y alimentos forman una excelente combinación para dejarte las ganas de regresar. Los domingos hay pancita y carnitas. Recomiendo desayunar huevos Cacaotl y de lunes a viernes maneja menús de tres tiempos que también pueden enviar a domicilio.
The food is very rich, plentiful and the staff provides a 10-point service. Their quality of customer service and food form an excellent combination to leave you wanting to return. On Sundays there is belly and carnitas. I recommend having Cacaotl eggs for breakfast and from Monday to Friday they have three-course menus that can also be delivered to your home.
