Ristorante sulla strada ma collegato all’hotel a cinque stelle The Reef 28. Il cibo è molto buono e ben cucinato soprattutto è cucinato espresso. Peccato i camerieri che non capiscono una parola di inglese ed invece di dirti che non hanno capito ti portano la pietanza sbagliata. Con noi hanno sbagliato due volte la bottiglia d’acqua, l’insalata ed il dolce in una unica cena per due.

Very nice flavours. Portions are small. And no wine by the glass.

Wonderful restaurant. It was part of our hotel's all inclusive package so we went 3 times because it was so good. The key is that even if it hadn't been all inclusive I would have returned to this restaurant it was that good! Alejandro really takes care of you as the head waiter!

Was extremely disappointed by this restaurant!!! A friend told me they had the best bone marrow taco in all of playa del carmen. Therefore we finally went to try them, and it was the most disappointing dinner I’ve had in a long time. The first time the plate came the meat was cold, I kindly advised them about this and they right away brought me new dish, the second dish came the meat was warm yet there was only beef in the taco and NO bone marrow, once again I informed them and clearly showed them that there was zero bone marrow in all 3 tacos, they kindly apologize and for a third time brought me back a new plate, by this time everyone at my table already had finished their dinner, yet again there was NO BONE MARROW in either of the 3 tacos….. not sure if it’s because it was a Sunday and they ran out of bone marrow or if the chef didn’t understand which dish was ordered but it was a complete fail!!! The rest of the table had a filet mignon which was good and cochinita pibil tacos which they said was good but the beef and bone marrow tacos were a complete and epic fail! The dessert was a tres léchée cake, which I was told was also good but at this point I no longer wanted to taste anything from this restaurant. The staff was nice which is why I gave them a two star instead of a one star, yet they should of gotten a one star cause they still charged the bone marrow dish with no bone marrow, I’m never one to complain about something charged but this was beyond ridiculous! Management of the reef hotel should look into what they’re chef is serving to their clients. If the management does have a look at this review it would be kind for them to review the pictures posted and kindly advise if they see any bone marrow in any of the three pictures posted as each picture is three different dishes that brought to me claiming it was a beef and bone marrow taco dish.
