★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Refacciones para maquinaria pesada. Tienen buenos precios y aunque la refacciones no siempre son de buena calidad te pueden sacar de un apuro ya que tienen un gran inventario. En algunas sucursales son extremadamente lentos en la atención; si vas a comprar algo común como una lata de aceite o herramienta, mejor ve a la refaccionaria ya que te harán perder tiempo.
Spare parts for heavy machinery. They have good prices and although the parts are not always of good quality they can get you out of trouble since they have a large inventory. In some branches they are extremely slow in the attention; If you are going to buy something common like an oil can or tool, better go to the auto parts store as they will waste time.

Ahora tiene que dar uno dos vueltas, una para la nueva sucursal y encargar la pieza, y la segunda para regresar a la vieja sucursal a recoger lo que compró. Luego el tráfico de Miguel Alemán pesadisimo, que no antoja dar esa vuelta. Pedir refacciones por teléfono es un martirio, la mayoría de los que atienden nunca saben nada. No es su culpa, solo no los capacitan y se nota bastante. Tienen un único vendedor bueno que conoce las refacciones y desgraciadamente es el que tiene hasta fila de espera de tanta gente que prefiere ser atendido por él antes que los demás.
