★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es muuuy pero muuuy lento, es desesperante ir a mostrador, a veces no mandan cotizaciones que se piden, llamas y no tienen información actualizada de cotizaciones que ya se enviaron.. está bien por la.parte de que todo lo que necesites ( de su giro) lo consigen

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención al cliente en mostrador por parte del vendedor con brackets, no le dan seguimiento a las refacciones compradas sobre pedido. Acudí para conseguir refacciones para una máquina CASE y las pagué sobre pedido, hasta la fecha me deben ese dinero y no me dieron solución, de cierta manera el cliente acude para resolver un problema y que encima te dan más problemas con eso de que se queden con tu dinero y con tu refacción (que jamas llegó). No veo nada bien, de cierta manera no continué peleando por esas piezas y tuve que conseguirlas en otro lado (Internet), SINCERAMENTE LO PENSARÍA DOS O "MIL" VECES ANTES DE IR A COMPRAR A ESTA SUCURSAL, cabe mencionar que no es la primera vez que compraba aquí pero creí que ya habían cambiado las cosas y no.
SI es un problema comprar aquí. PD. Hablé a Monterrey y no me dieron solución. Incluso hable con el gerente de la sucursal y nada, total desilusión.
