★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cadeco solía ser un buen lugar para comprar refacciones, ya no lo es por varios motivos, el primero de ellos es que últimamente les hace falta la mayoria de las refacciones y tienen que mandadlas a pedir eso genera un costo tiempo aveces hasta por diez días de espera, el costo de espera es altísimo debido a que la mayoría de los clientes compran refacciones para maquinaria pesada, segundo los horarios no van de acuerdo con las actividades de los clientes además de que son muy desconsiderados, mucha gente viene de rancherías muy lejanas para comprar y si llegas a la hora exacta de cerrar o unos minutos antes no te venden por nada del mundo aún cuando hayas viajado por más de dos horas para ir a comprar y tercero la atención a clientes ha disminuido en calidad totalmente, pueden estar sonando horas los teléfonos y no contestan sobre todo si faltan unos minutos para cerrar, en fin creo que necesitan hacer un reajuste urgente en su personal y el servicio al cliente.
Cadeco used to be a good place to buy parts, it is no longer for several reasons, the first one is that lately they need most of the parts and have to send them to ask that generates a cost time sometimes up to ten days of wait, the cost of waiting is very high because most customers buy spare parts for heavy machinery, second the schedules do not go according to the activities of the customers in addition to being very inconsiderate, many people come from very distant rancherías for buy and if you arrive at the exact time of closing or a few minutes before they do not sell you for anything in the world even if you have traveled for more than two hours to go shopping and thirdly the customer service has decreased in quality completely, hours may be sounding the phones and do not answer especially if there are a few minutes to close, in short I think they need to make an urgent readjustment in their staff and customer service.
