ME REBARON LOS BIRLOS QUE LE RETIRÉ A LOS RINES PARA SUSTITUIRLOS POR UNOS DE SEGURIDAD, PERDIERON LA LIBRETA DE LOS SERVICIOS Y TE LA PIDEN PARA "HACER VÁLIDA LA GARANTÍA EXTEDIDA" AUNQUE TENGAN EL HISTORIAL DE SERVICIO DE LA UNIDAD Y TENGAS TUS FACTURAS. LE DAN SERVICIO A VEHICULOS GMC, CHEVROLET, CADILLAC Y BUICK POR LO QUE SIEMPRE ESTÁN SATURADOS Y EL SERVICIO QUE TE DAN ES PÉSIMO. Y TEN PACIENCIA PARA QUE EL ASESOR SE COMUNIQUE CONTIGO. NI UNA ESTRELLA SE MERECEN Y OPTEN POR ADQUIRIR ALGUN OTRO VEHICULO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio de garantía es pésimo, tantos días para que planta autorice se me hace tedioso, luego la asesora que me atendió no me contesta llamadas ni mensajes.
 The warranty service is terrible, so many days for the plant to authorize it becomes tedious, then the advisor who attended me does not answer calls or messages.

Al llegar a la agencia y preguntar sobre un tema que tendría que ser general (cambio de placas a unidades recientemente vendidas) la primer señorita que me atendió no tenía ni idea de lo que mencionaba. Siendo la misma agencia quien marcó para que asistiera a realizar dicho cambio. De ahí en fuera todo ok
No complaint! What I noticed, is that they do not lower the information uniformly. When I arrived at the agency and asked about a topic that would have to be general (change of plates to recently sold units) the first lady who attended me had no idea what I was mentioning. Being the same agency who marked to assist in making this change. From there on out everything ok

Les comparto mi mala experiencia a todo el público para que lo piensen dos veces antes de adquirir un vehículo de estos

It has a fault in an application and the report is more than 40 days old and it is the date on which the problem has not been doubted. There is no kind of attention. service in the agency and all departments is AWFUL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, procura no comprar GM, compre una unidad hace 3 años, con la garantía ampliada, tuve una falla hace 2 meses, las personas de la agencia nunca dieron de alta mi póliza, por lo que el primer mes fue para trámites burócratas, y el segundo para piezas
El auto sustituto, nunca hay disponibles y te dan por opción rembolso rentar uno, tarda 10 días la autorización a la que le tiene que dar vb la agencia en la que está en servicio, solo de arrendadora, 13,000 anuales y tardan 45 días en rembolsar lo que pagaste
Terrible attention, try not to buy GM, I bought a unit 3 years ago, with the extended warranty, I had a failure 2 months ago, the people from the agency never registered my policy, so the first month was for bureaucratic procedures, and the second for parts
The substitute car, there are never available and they give you a refund option to rent one, it takes 10 days for the authorization to be given by the agency in which it is in service, only as a lessor, 13,000 per year and they take 45 days to reimburse what you paid
