★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A un que tardaron para darme el servicio de desolve en mi colonia por que no tenian en buen estado el camion a de cuado a este trabajo si me atendieron bien. E hicieron rapido el trabajo y dejaron muy limpio y me avisaron cuando no vinieron el motivo del por que tuvieron esa atencion

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hola buenas a decir verdad yo he tenido una mala experiencia en lo que a mí me competen porque ya tiene un año que yo hice mi contrato de agua y pagué mi red en la Colonia Fidel Herrera y hasta ahorita los que no pagan ni red ni contrato son los que gozan del beneficio del agua y uno que sacrificó lo que tenía para pagar el agua tiene que andar acarreando la lastimosamente ya se ha dicho pero no hacen caso y yo me pregunto como quieren que uno contribuye si ellos ustedes del agua no hacen lo suyo mucha gente se ha pegado a las tomas sin pagar ni $1 y de eso ya se les ha hecho saber pero no hacen caso Yo sigo esperando haber cuando pone la regla hasta ahí donde yo vivo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Intentan mejorar, es visible que está rebasada la sucursal pero han mejorado. Cobran rápido pero si traes otro trámite ,tardas mucho. Con los turnos está más ordenada la cosa pero el módulo está rebasado, recomendable traer tiempo de más por si hay mucha gente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ha asistido 4 veces para el pago anual de jubilados, no quisieron cobrar en Diciembre de 2021, porque según ellos no tenían la última lectura del medidor, el funcionario que me atendió se nego a darme su nombre, se supone que son servidores públicos, pero nadie porta su generales como en otras dependencias, ya en el 2022, no tuvieron este servicio por cambio de personal. Se pasaron 3 semanas de Enero 2022 y no se reanuda el servicio.
Pésimo servicio
