★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una agradable sorpresa en el hermoso centro de Puebla, el lugar es muy bonito y ventilado, desde la recepción hay calidez y el servicio de meseros es amable y puntual sin llegar a ser impertinente.
En la carta destacan los desayunos con el sello de la casa, no sabía porque decidir y el mesero me recomendó los huevos divorciados Aguirre, los pedí y fue algo sublime, las salsas tanto la roja como la verde con un picante exacto y excelente sabor, los huevos estrellados bien hechos en su punto ideal, acompañado de frijoles y una pequeña porción de chilaquiles que me sorprendieron con su textura, no duros, no aguados, si no que en su punto exacto!?
Además hay en la mesa un pan de sal riquísimo.
Pedí un americano ☕️ súper bien hecho, pues me tome 2 ?

A pleasant surprise in the beautiful center of Puebla, the place is very nice and airy, from the reception there is warmth and the service of waiters is friendly and punctual without being impertinent.
The menu highlights the breakfasts with the seal of the house, I didn't know why to decide and the waiter recommended the Aguirre divorced eggs, I ordered them and it was something sublime, both the red and green sauces with an exact spiciness and excellent flavor, the fried eggs well done at their ideal point, accompanied by beans and a small portion of chilaquiles that surprised me with their texture, not hard, not watery, but at their exact point!?
There is also a delicious salt bread on the table.
I ordered an Americano ☕️ super well done, so I had 2 ?
The price is fair, highly recommended.
