Excellent ambiance, good prices and breakfast options. Service was super fast.

Food really good But terrible service, I have been many times, always the same, staff pretend they don't see you, very lazy. And once you sit, you are hostage, take for ever to eat and pay. Sad because the food is great.

Waited 20 minutes to be given a menu. "Fresh" orange juice is made from concentrate. Ordered 2 different types of baguettes The bread was so old we couldn't eat it Not sure why it was so busy, the coffee must good?

Cute French pastries and brunch however do not expect good service the waiters are awful they get upset when you ask them for something you almost don’t want to ask the food takes forever and they serve it cold by the time it gets to your table. The staff has attitude & acts like they are doing you a favor. After getting the food warmed up & edible.. wah wah a flunk! No taste no salt no flavor. The pastries are great though very tasty

I got here and placed my order. I received my drinks fairly fast. 15min later another waiter comes to take my order again, I told him I already ordered & he said he had to take my order again without an explanation. Another 15min goes by so I ask if my food will be coming soon and they say yes 2minutes. After waiting 45min of waiting the waiter & manager come out & say the kitchen is backed up and my food won’t be ready anytime soon. He claimed he was very sorry but didn’t even offer anything to make it right. The waiter also claimed I was only waiting for 30min. I also asked why 3 other tables got their food first even though I arrived first, he said their order was easier & faster to make. The other customers that came in after us received their food first & were finished eating by the time we decided to just leave. I paid for my drinks & left. There was no miscommunication because I am Mexican & speak Spanish. I recommend they let the customer know the food will take longer than usual if the 2 kitchens they have are backed up. Waste of my entire morning.

Coffee was delicious, staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and Lunch menu with a multitude of delicious options. We had coffee and Breakfast here on multiple occasions and was always consistent. Favourite drink - Iced Caramel Latte’ Orange Juice was pulpy and fresh.

Breakfast was so good. Best coffee I have had in Playa. Try the Almond latte and lox or the continental combo. Very reasonable prices. Nice patio. All around good experience.
