★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gorgeous house! Stayed their for a few days. Booked through Airbnb, however the house had many issues. There were random people there constantly performing construction, repairing broken pipes. There was even a propane gas leak in the kitchen for 2 days!
Would not stay again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an amazing and relaxing place! We rented it from Airbnb but we can't speak highly enough of this villa. We hosted a yoga retreat with 16 people. Enough room for the daily yoga, and plenty of rooms for 16 people. We especially enjoyed the outdoor spaces with cool breeze and nice views from the Palapa. Everything is new, and well finished. Concierge service is superb and they really looked after us the whole time. Very safe and secure as this place has tons of security features. The backyard has beach sand so it really feels like you are on a beach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was a terrible booking experience. The owners only cares about airbnb reviews and are incredibly inflexible since I didnt have the finally guest count until the day of. Did not hold negotiates terms and cancelled last minute. Do not book here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for my bachelorette party and it was a GREAT experience! Such an amazing rental - so nice, clean, lots of space for many guests, great little pool/backyard, and the concierge service that comes with booking the place was fantastic. Clem was super responsive and answered all of our questions promptly. It's a bit far away from all of the main hotels in Tulum (20-25 mins) but it was actually nice to be a part from all of that yet still be so close. If I come back to Tulum I will definitely be booking here again.
