Bad service and insipid food, they took time to serve the food and then we had to wait another 10 minutes for them to bring cutlery and finally the breakfast of one of the diners never arrived. Too bad when they opened the food was good and the service too.

All good except the service. Yes, the food is very good. We tried the omelette and the chilaquiles in the breakfast package. All very tasty, the portions a bit small but very good flavor. Too bad about the service, we arrived and there was only one table of 10 people who were already finishing serving. Our food took 50 minutes and the sad thing is that you see 7 people who, according to their service, are not really doing anything, as we saw that there were no more people, it occurred to us to order a frappe and some waffles, a serious mistake, we waited 40 more minutes and I I had to get up twice to ask if they were missing much, they already had my frappe on the bar melting for 20 minutes and I almost had to go get it so it didn't arrive watery. They bring us the waffle and without cutlery, the lady who attended us went back for them and then she forgot, total, we ate it with the coffee spoon. We were asking for the bill for 3 times and nothing. The truth is that the staff is friendly but their service is lousy, there are 7 people, seven! And super disorganized, you see them go round and round because they forget things. We lost 2 hours, I can't imagine going during peak hours. Too bad, I hope and they realize their areas of opportunity but I will not return. Thank you.

I came to this place to visit El cerrito, since it is very close, Café Carola is a large place with variety on the menu, nice decoration, clean and friendly. The staff is friendly and attentive. The coffee is delicious, very aromatic and balanced.

Recommended breakfast. The coffee is very good, your latte lacks coffee, but you really enjoy the consistency and flavor. The very rich green chilaquiles. His bisket prepared a little dry but rich. The minced ones more or less, I liked the bean-based one better, their cheese is good.
