And it ended up being very nice table by the pool, amazing service and great food

During our 3 week stay we had made similar observations before and some orders just never arriving...
Staff is very friendly though but food is bland for the price

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We felt ourselves welcomed each time we came for lunch or dinner during our stay in Park Royal Tules! Food was pretty tasty and for 1 week enough variety. Tortilla and mushroom soups were great, fresh guacamole maid by the table a must! 2 for one margaritas all day long, liked mango ones the best. Nice touch was a little free drink brought on a house along with the check.

Food quality seems to have suffered in last few years. We use to eat at Chapultepec often.
In 2022, we eat a Chapultepec when we are in a hurry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We held my daughter’s 9th birthday party here, and it was absolutely perfect.
The staff were so friendly, patient and attentive - thank you Fernando and team for the wonderful service!
The food was great with generous portions, drinks were big (it’s 2 for 1 drinks between 4-5pm!), and they helped sing happy birthday and gave us plates and forks for the cake.
The view is spectacular and the pool was so much fun.
I had to plan my daughter’s party after only being in PV for 4 days, and Cafe Chapultepec helped make it a huge success!
I highly recommend this place - you don’t need to be staying at the resort to come. Great place for a meal and a swim with beach access and sunset views.
