Hay un joven alto, morenito, de lentes que siempre atiende con sus modos y cuando hemos ido esta haciendo todo menos su trabajo. Si este chico es encargado debe de ser el ejemplo de los demás en su trabajo, de nada sirve que le quiera comentar algo, si llego a tener una duda o problema, si este joven también contesta a su manera.
 Everything on the menu is very tasty, only the service is bad.
There is a tall, dark-haired young man with glasses who always attends with his manners and when we have gone he is doing everything except his work. If this boy is in charge, he must be the example of others in his work, it is useless for me to want to comment on something, if I have a question or problem, if this young man also answers in his own way.

La atención siempre es muy buena. El mesero estuvo al pendiente todo el tiempo para lo que se nos ofreciera.
La recomendación de siempre es el emblemático hijo del maíz.
Las crepas son estándar, así que no esperen salir asombrados por ellas.
The place is always very comfortable and super quiet to go to talk.
The attention is always very good. The waiter was on the lookout all the time for what was offered to us.
The usual recommendation is the emblematic son of corn.
Crepes are standard, so don't expect to be blown away by them.

Colibri is a franchise / multi-location business in Puebla, and comes highly-recommended.
I tried an Americano coffee in 2 different Colibri locations, and was very disappointed with the coffee in both. Weak and flavorless - both times. If you are looking for a good coffee in Puebla - you can skip Colibri.
Sorry - this is the lowest review I have ever posted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is definitely one of the best cafes chains in Mexico. It's coffee is definitely great and also teas. They prepare cappuccino the way it has to be prepared. Their prices are low and most important they have an excellent fast internet which helps a lot if you plan to work there.
